The Winchester Cancellation Policy
In the event of you having to cancel your booking we will endeavour to re-let your room, if this is not possible the balance of any money outstanding after your deposit will be due at the time of cancellation and if we do manage to relet the room we will refund your card. It may be advisable to take out holiday insurance to cover this possibility.
